Incentive programs

To reward the achievement of long-term plans, and to promote buy-in to corporate performance, Green Landscaping Group has incentive programs for key employees. The programs also make up part of the total compensation package.

2022-2025

With full utilization of the program, a total of 500,000 shares will be issued, which would have a maximum dilutive effect of approximately 0.9 percent. The subscription price for shares that are subscribed to via the warrants is SEK 87.00 per share. The premium per warrant, which has been calculated in accordance with the Black & Scholes model amounted to SEK 6.77. Subscription of shares may occur during the period 28 March 2025 through 30 June 2025. With full utilization of the warrants, the Parent Company’s share capital will increase by SEK 35,500.

2023-2026

With full utilization of the program, a maximum of 550,000 shares will be issued (after the rights issue), which would have a maximum total dilutive effect of approximately 1.0 percent. The subscription price for shares that are subscribed to via the warrants is SEK 96.00 per share. The premium per warrant, which has been calculated in accordance with the Black & Scholes model amounted to SEK 7.49. Subscription of shares may occur during the period 29 March 2026 through 12 June 2026. With full utilization of the warrants, the Parent Company’s share capital will increase by SEK 39,051.

2024-2027

With full utilization of the program, a maximum of 550,000 shares will be issued (after the rights issue), which would have a maximum total dilutive effect of approximately 1.0 percent. The subscription price for shares that are subscribed to via the warrants is SEK 94.70 per share. The premium per warrant, which has been calculated in accordance with the Black & Scholes model amounted to SEK 9.99. Subscription of shares may occur during the period 7 May 2027 through 21 May 2027. With full utilization of the warrants, the Parent Company’s share capital will increase by SEK 39,051.
