Green Landscaping Group completes acquisition of A. Markussen AS in Norway
Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) has today taken over all outstanding shares in A. Markussen AS.
As previously announced, Green Landscaping Group has signed an agreement to acquire A. Markussen AS. The Competition Authority in Norway has given its approval and the transaction is closed as of today.
Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in A. Markussen AS with consolidation as of 1 July 2024.
The previous owners of A. Markussen AS are now shareholders in Green Landscaping Group AB.
