Green Landscaping Group completes the acquisition of Viva Gartenbau AG

As announced in December 2023, Green Landscaping Group has signed an agreement to acquire Viva Gartenbau AG. The relevant authorities have approved the transaction, which took longer than initially expected as the transaction included a real-estate compound which is subject to formal approval in Switzerland.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Viva Gartenbau AG, which will be consolidated as of December 1, 2024.

The previous owners of Viva Gartenbau AG are now shareholders in Green Landscaping Group AB.
