Green Landscaping Group expands in Germany as Tiefbau Lenzen GmbH joins the Group
Tiefbau Lenzen GmbH joins Green Landscaping Group (Publ). Tiefbau Lenzen, headquartered in Bonn, offers light civil engineering and landscaping services to the public sector in the greater Cologne-Bonn area in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
The business was established in 1953 and is today operated and owned by Mr. Pascal Lenzen, together with about 30 employees. Mr. Lenzen had been with the company as an employee for about 10 years before he took up the position as Managing Director and owner.
Operating out of Bonn, the previous capital of West-Germany, Tiefbau Lenzen provides an array of light civil engineering services, including earthworks, water and sewage works, light roadworks and general landscaping services. Net sales are expected to amount to about EUR 8 million in 2024.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Tiefbau Lenzen GmbH which will be consolidated as of 1 January 2025. The acquisition is financed with cash and through the transfer of shares in Green Landscaping Group AB.
The previous owner is now a shareholder in Green Landscaping Group AB.
