Green Landscaping Group strengthens its presence in Bavaria, Germany as BUK Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH joins the Group

The business was established in 2011 and is run today by the founder Sascha Buk and about 30 employees.

BUK Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH, operating under the brand name BUK Garden Couture, is based in Oberhaching, south of Munich, Germany. The company creates and maintains high-end gardens, primarily in the greater Munich area. Sales amounted to approximately EUR 8.5 million in 2023.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in BUK Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH with immediate access. The acquisition is financed with cash and through the transfer of shares in Green Landscaping Group AB.

The previous owner of BUK Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH is now a shareholder in Green Landscaping Group AB.
